Both are well-reviewed, both are cheaper than they were a few weeks ago, and both promise to replace a drawer full of bricks. They're $10 apart today, so which one should you get? Power: how much do you actually need?
This is the question that decides it. A phone fast-charges at 20–45W, a tablet at around 30–45W, and most 13- and 14-inch laptops are happy at 45–65W. Larger 15- and 16-inch laptops, including bigger MacBook Pros and many Windows creator laptops, can draw 90–100W or more under load.
The Anker 65W covers the first group easily. Plug a MacBook Air or a 14-inch ultrabook into its main USB-C port and it charges at full speed. The UGREEN 100W can push 100W from a single port, so it keeps up with a 16-inch laptop that's working hard. If you have a big laptop, the Anker will still charge it, just more slowly, and it may only hold the battery level steady during heavy work.
Remember that both chargers share their total power across the ports. With a laptop and a phone plugged in, neither laptop gets the full number on the box. The UGREEN simply has more power to share.
Ports and everyday use
The UGREEN's fourth port matters more than it sounds. With three USB-C ports and one USB-A, it can charge a laptop, phone, earbuds and watch at the same time, which makes it a good single charger for a desk or nightstand. The Anker has two USB-C and one USB-A port, which is enough for a laptop and a phone with one port left over.
The Anker's big advantage is size. It's the smaller, lighter brick and it has folding prongs, so it fits easily in a laptop sleeve. If your charger lives in a bag, that counts for a lot. The UGREEN is bigger and is better suited to staying plugged in at home.

Buy the Anker 65W if you have a MacBook Air or another 13–14" laptop, you travel a lot, or you mainly need one fast charger for a phone and tablet. At $29.99 it's the better value, and it has the higher rating.
Buy the UGREEN 100W if you have a 15–16" laptop, you want one charger for your whole desk, or you often charge three or four devices at once. The extra $10 gets you a lot more power and an extra port, and it's $20 below the price we tracked earlier this month.
Not sure? Look at the wattage printed on your laptop's original charger. If it says 65W or less, the Anker is all you need.
Good to pair with either charger
